There are so many good things about summer showing up but for me, on a diet, the one thing that makes it difficult is that sugar shows up in copious quantities. It's in all the lovely refreshing iced tea and iced smoothie drinks that keep you cool. It's in all those ice cream cones everyone sports as they walk happily down the street. I think I'm a little envious of all those cold treats you all are indulging in so why don't we do a SUGAR theme this week, at least I can then torture myself and look at all your yummy art, hehehe. So, go and explore your thoughts on the work sugar or sugary. Yummo. I think I'll go have a glass of water. ;o)
