The Liebster Award

I have to say thank you to a couple of sweet friends who both gave me the Liebster Award last week. Both Vonny of Vonny K Art and Cynthia of Cottage Remnant graced me with this lovely award. I don't usually go for awards as I think we all deserve them, we that blog but the Liebster seems a little different, more community minded. The reason for the award and it's origins are explained here:


It's time to Pay It Forward but I'm gonna cheat just a little, it says that the blogger has to have less than 300 followers but it didn't say in which follower widget, did it? Hehehe. SO, my five picks are:

 I know that you will all love these women's art, writing and sense of humor. Go and explore their blog, discover why they're on my own reading list. Thank you again to the lovely women who thought that my own blog was worthy of this award. I'm truly humbled. I do have some awesome friends. :o)

    cool, Jenn. I got one, too, from Stefanie, but I haven't a clue how to really pay it forward. I think I am clueless when it comes to these things. I was glad to understand it from reading your post.

    Thanks for the award Jenn... do you think bad things will befall me if I don't pay it forward... maybe there will be a chocolate shortage or something similarly awful... just that there was a big liebster thing a year or two ago and it sort of took over... not that I don't love you for bending the rules for me... love a good rule bend!!!

    Glad you liked the award Jenn and also glad you were brave enough to break the rules. I wanted to give Trace one too but wasn't daring enough :(
    I have to add a footnote though. We are having a huge deluge of rain here (where Trace and I live) and I was wondering if that might have something to do with breaking the rules???

    Awwwww...thank you so much for the mention and award, Jenn. I used to participate in all the awards etc. a few years back but then I felt too guilty at only being able to select a few friends for my list so opted out. Thanks for thinking of me tho. xx
